# Login

#### Login as a landlord, property manager or broker

* About [my.immodio.app](https://my.immodio.app) you can simply log in to Immodio with your email and password.
* If you have not yet created an Immodio account, you must first register for free.

Your tenants also log in via the same page. Immodio automatically detects whether it is a landlord or tenant account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new password under "Forgot password".

* Enter the email under which your Immodio account is registered.
* You will receive a link to this e-mail address with which you can reassign your password (also check your spam folder).

If you also use Immodio as a prospective tenant – for example, to apply for an apartment – or as a tenant to access the tenant portal in an existing tenancy, you must create your own tenant account with a separate e-mail address. **Important**: In rare cases, errors may occur if you log in to Immodio in the same browser both as a landlord and then as a tenant without reloading. If you are a tenant and landlord at the same time (this also applies to testing purposes), we recommend that you use two different browsers (e.g. Firefox and Chrome).
