# Register
This page gives you a simple step-by-step guide to registering with Immodio by email or with Google.
## Register
#### Registering by email

**Enter your email address**
Enter your email address in the "Email" field of the registration form.

**Set a secure password**
Choose a strong password.

**Read and accept the terms of use**
Read the Immodio terms of use carefully and in full. If you agree to the terms, tick the checkbox to confirm that you have read and accepted them.

**Then click "Register free of charge"**

**Confirm your account**
You will receive a confirmation link by email at the address you entered. Confirm your email address by clicking this link in order to complete your registration successfully.

#### Registering with a Google account

**Click the Google icon**
Click the ***G*** icon to register conveniently with your Google account.

**Follow the instructions in the Google pop-up window**

**Accept the terms of use**
Read the Immodio terms of use carefully and in full. If you agree to the terms, tick the checkbox to confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Important: Immodio is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and not at consumers.

#### Entering your personal details

**Select your role**
Please select your user role:
* **Owner** (you own the properties to be managed yourself)
* **Manager** (you manage properties professionally for third parties, for example as a property management company)
* **Estate agent**
*This choice enables functions tailored precisely to your needs.*

**For individuals:**
* First name
* Surname
* Date of birth
**For companies:**
* Company name

**Enter your address**
* Street
* House number
* Postcode
* Town or city
* Country

**Store your contact details**
* Email
* Landline number **or** mobile number

**Choose a plan**
You can now select which plan you would like to use in Immodio. We recommend the "**Standard**" plan for owners and the "**Business**" plan for property managers and estate agents.
