Dashboard
On the dashboard, you can see a central overview of your most important processes and current activities in Immodio.
The Dashboard is your central workspace in Immodio. At a glance, you can see which outstanding items currently require your attention and what is coming up next.

The idea is simple: you open Immodio and immediately see what needs to be done today. Open tasks, tenancies, viewings and other processes are brought together in one central place and clearly arranged according to urgency.
This allows you to work through your outstanding items in a structured way without having to check each area in Immodio manually.
Your outstanding items at a glance
At the top of the dashboard, you can see the total number of your outstanding items.

You can filter the display by selecting one of the categories:
Tasks
Invoices
Tenancies
Viewings
Operating costs
Messages
The number in each category shows how many outstanding items currently exist in that area.
Click a category to display only its related outstanding items. Select “All” to return to the complete overview.
Work through outstanding items systematically
To help you quickly identify which topics should be handled first, Immodio groups your outstanding items by time sensitivity.
Act now

Under “Act now”, you will find processes that currently require action.
This includes, for example, overdue tasks, tasks due today and open process steps that require an action from you.
This could be a tenancy agreement that has already been signed by the tenant and is now waiting for your signature.
Coming up

Under “Coming up”, you will see processes that will become relevant in the near future.
For tasks with a due date, Immodio notifies you no later than seven days before the due date about the upcoming task.
This lets you plan upcoming work early without having to remember due dates yourself.
Keep an eye on

Under “Keep an eye on”, you will find ongoing processes whose current status you should continue to monitor.
This includes, for example, tasks that are due in more than seven days.
Even if you do not currently need to take action yourself, this keeps the process visible.
Go directly to the relevant process
Each outstanding item shows you the most important information about the relevant process.
Click an outstanding item to go directly to the relevant process in Immodio. This saves you from first opening the corresponding area from the main menu and then searching for the process manually.
Tip Work through the dashboard from top to bottom: start with “Act now”, then review “Coming up”, and finally keep an eye on ongoing processes under “Keep an eye on”.
Getting started and orientation
When you visit the dashboard for the first time, a structured introduction is displayed to help you configure Immodio for your specific needs.

This step-by-step guide walks you through the most important features and shows you how to get started with Immodio easily.
Changes to viewings
Whenever the status of one of your viewings or applications changes—for example, when a prospective tenant applies for a viewing appointment or an applicant submits their documents—the information is displayed on the dashboard. Click it to go directly to the relevant viewing where the change occurred.
Outstanding items for tenancies
This overview shows the individual statuses of your open tenancies. Click an entry to go directly to the relevant tenancy. The following statuses are distinguished:
A tenancy has been created, but no tenancy agreement has been generated yet (Status: created)
A tenancy must be signed by your tenant (Status: tenant signature)
A tenancy has been signed by your tenant and can now be signed by you (Status: landlord signature)
A tenancy has been signed by all parties, but the tenancy start date is still in the future (Status: signed)
A tenancy has been signed by all parties and the tenancy start date is in the past (Status: rented)
Overdue and upcoming tasks
In Immodio, you can centrally organize all tasks that you need to complete when renting out and managing your properties. Three statuses are distinguished:
Open
In progress
Completed
You can optionally set a due date for each task. If a task has passed the due date you set and has not yet been completed (status: Completed), it will be displayed on the dashboard under “Overdue tasks” after the due date has passed.
To ensure you do not miss an important task, Immodio displays tasks with a due date on the dashboard no later than seven days before that date. You can find these tasks on the dashboard under “Upcoming tasks in the next 7 days”.
Unread messages
The “Communication” menu item lets you communicate with your tenants through messages in topic-based conversations. All new and unread messages are displayed here on the dashboard.
