Relevant bookings

A "separate system" is when heating and hot water are supplied by different systems. This is the case, for example, if a central gas heating system only heats the rooms and the hot water, e.g. is heated by instantaneous water heaters in the individual units.

The bill of the energy supplier or fuel supplier then concerns, for example: only the heating systems and not the hot water. For the operating cost statement, all costs are then arithmetically divided into a heating cost share and a hot water cost share according to the respective distribution keys.

In order for Immodio to be able to make this allocation correctly and automatically, the bookings must be recorded in accordance with the supply system.
