## Other
#### Definition Other
Another party in Immodio is any party who cannot be subsumed under the other categories. These include, for example: E.g. authorities, neighbors, insurance companies, etc.
### Creating a new other party

#### General
**Person**
* Enter the person's full first and last name.
* When creating another party, all entries except the last name or company name are optional.
**Company**
* For companies, enter the full company name including the legal form (e.g. Energiekonzept Krämer GmbH).

#### Add information
If you create a new other party, you can enter important information about this party using the **“Add more information”** input field.
Here you have the option of selecting from existing example categories or defining and assigning your own, individual information.

In properties and units, under [**"Links"**](https://help.immodio.app/en-start/guides-group/properties/property/links-property) you have the option of linking parties to a property or unit, for example. B. clearly document which services this party provides there. In this way, it remains clear in Immodio who is responsible for which tasks.

* Enter the contact details of the person involved here.
* All information is optional.

### Document upload
In the **“Document upload”** tab you can upload and manage all relevant documents for a party.
* Documents can be uploaded or deleted by you at any time.
