Definition of service provider

In Immodio, a service provider is an external service provider such as property management, cleaning service, craftsman or notary.

If you selected "Administrator" or "Broker" when registering with Immodio, you will automatically be created as a service provider.

Creating a new service provider

General

Person

• Provide the person's full first and last name.

• When creating a service provider, all entries except the last name or company name are optional.

Company

• For companies, enter the full company name, including the legal form (e.g. Hausrein GmbH).

• When creating a service provider, all entries except the last name or company name are optional.

Add service

If you create a new participant as a service provider, you can enter important information about this service provider via the input field "Add more information".

Here you have the option of selecting a service from existing example categories or defining and assigning your own, individual services.

In Objects and Units, under "Links" the possibility of linking service providers to an property or unit in order to clearly document which services this party performs there. In this way, it remains clear in Immodio who is responsible for which tasks.

• All entries are optional.

Document upload

In the "Document upload" tab, you can upload and manage all relevant documents for a service provider.

• Documents can be uploaded or deleted by you at any time.
