Property management as a service provider

If you would like to store a property management company in your property or in your unit, this must first be created as a service provider under Involved. If you later generate a tenancy agreement for this unit, the property management company will be listed directly in the tenancy agreement.

Special property management (SEV)	Unit → Basic data → Special property management	The property is a WEG. The special property management takes over tasks for your individual unit, such as: B. re-letting or administration in your name.
General property management of a unit	Unit → Basic data → Property management	The property management is carried out directly by the individual unit assigned.
