# Property management as a service provider

If you would like to store a property management company in your [property](https://help.immodio.app/en-start/guides-group/properties#objekt) or in your [unit](https://help.immodio.app/en-start/guides-group/properties#einheit), this must first be created as a service provider under Involved. If you later generate a tenancy agreement for this unit, the property management company will be listed directly in the tenancy agreement.
