Properties
Under Properties, you can view your properties centrally and create new properties and units.
Create properties for entire buildings and units for lettable accommodation.
Create a parent property before creating a unit.
For a detached house, create the property first, then a lettable unit.
Property
A property always represents the entire building, such as:
An entire apartment building.
An entire detached house.
It provides the parent structure for fundamental property information, including the property address.

Unit
A unit is an individual lettable space within a property, such as:
An individual flat in an apartment building.
Living space in a detached house.
A self-contained flat in a two-family house.

Further information
Process
Under Properties, create the parent property, such as an apartment building.
Enter and save all relevant property data.
Select the created property.
Select + Create unit.
Inheritance of basic data and equipment
Information such as equipment features entered for a property transfers automatically to every unit.
Record shared basic data and equipment features once only.
