Field	Explanation
Property name	Enter your own name for the property here, such as an abbreviation or an internal name like “BS1” for the address “Burgstraße 1”.
Does the property belong to one owner or a condominium owners’ association?	If the property is part of a condominium owners’ association (WEG), select “WEG”. In all other cases, select “Owner”.
Property management (property)	If the property has a property manager or condominium association manager, you can enter them here. The management company must first be created under “Parties” with the “Service provider” type in Immodio. Only then can it be assigned to the property. Please note that Immodio distinguishes between property management and condominium association management.
Condominium association management	If the property belongs to a condominium owners’ association (WEG), you can enter the condominium association manager here. The manager must first be created under “Parties” with the “Service provider” type in Immodio. Only then can it be assigned to the property.
Owner	Enter the owner of the property here. You can add a new owner under “Parties”. If the property belongs to a condominium owners’ association, the owner can only be entered at unit level because this type of property usually has several owners.
Total co-ownership share	If the property belongs to a condominium owners’ association, you can enter the total co-ownership shares here. You will usually find this information in the declaration of division or the association’s annual statement. Entering a co-ownership share is optional. Maintaining these shares means they are automatically included in Immodio’s digital tenancy agreement, which can help prevent disputes about operating cost statements.

#### Address

Field	Explanation
Rent regulation	Use the Rent regulation field to specify whether rules such as the rent control or a reduced rent increase cap apply to the property. You can check here whether your property is affected.
The property is located near a busy road	If you select this option, it is taken into account in the digital Immodio tenancy agreement. This helps prevent potential misunderstandings or disputes with the tenant.
The property is located near railway tracks	If you select this option, it is taken into account in the digital Immodio tenancy agreement. This helps prevent potential misunderstandings or disputes with the tenant.
