Documents (object)

You can store and view relevant documents directly in your units. These documents are also used when drafting an Immodio rental agreement. The following documents can be stored directly in a unit:

Energy certificate

According to § 80 of the Building Energy Act (GEG), landlords are obliged to present a valid energy certificate at the latest when viewing an apartment or to display it for interested parties to view. The energy certificate can be available either as a requirement or consumption certificaten. The energy certificate deposited in the property is transferred to the tenant when a tenancy is created.

Further information on the energy certificate can be found here:

House rules

You can upload existing house rules to your property. This is then automatically transferred to the tenant portal of your new tenant when a new tenancy is created.

If you do not yet have house rules, Immodio will create individual house rules for you on request when creating a tenancy. Here you can find more information about the house rules:

Use the "Documents" function to manage all real estate documents digitally. You can find more information about document management in Immodio here.
