ENergetic equipment

The existing energetic equipment can be selected here. The Immodio tenancy agreement is automatically adapted to the equipment you have chosen.

Central heating flow temperatureIf your property is heated via central heating (Central heating energy equipment selected) and does not have a heat meter for the entire hot water, you must specify the flow temperature of the central heating in order to be able to create a heating bill. For more information, see here.
Monovalent heat pump

Select "Monovalent heat pump" if the heat pump is the The central heat supply takes over alone, i.e. without an additional boiler as a second heat generator. In this case, Immodio automatically uses a correction factor 0,3.

2.5 × hot water consumption × (flow temperature - 10) × 0.3

If none If consumption values are available, the living area formula can be used instead:

32 × living area × 0.3

The factor reduces the Calculated amount of heat for hot water according to the special calculation for monovalent heat pumps. If the hot water heat quantity is entered directly via meter or manually, the selection has no additional mathematical effect.
