### Features

Here you can store various features. The specified features influence additional agreements in the property tenancy agreement and should therefore be maintained carefully.

In addition, you can add individual features for your internal documentation.

**Impact on the house rules generated by Immodio**

<figure><img src="https://3986577705-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FDGfFw4On4r2uLklBZ5ju%2Fuploads%2FWHtlt1u8smeQ5FbTddwy%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=5d963ad6-d8b2-4493-8a43-60289804af68" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The two features **"laundry room"** and **"bicycle storage room"** each have an impact on the house rules generated by Immodio.

So a corresponding paragraph is added to the house rules for each selected equipment feature, which generally regulates the use of these rooms.
