# Documents (unit)

You can store and view relevant documents for a unit directly in your units. These documents are sometimes also required when drawing up an Immodio rental agreement. The following documents can be stored directly in a unit:

* **Floor plan** (has an influence on the Immodio rental agreement and is automatically transmitted to the new tenant when the contract is concluded)
* **Other documents** (Will not be sent to the tenant) **e.g.:**
  * Construction plans (detailed layout, dimensions, technical specifications)
  * Operating instructions for permanently installed appliances or building services
  * Living space calculations or space statements
  * Permits (e.g. for renovation measures, changes of use)
  * Acceptances or test reports (e.g. electrics, fire protection)
