Documents (unit)

You can store and view relevant documents for a unit directly in your units. These documents are sometimes also required when drawing up an Immodio rental agreement. The following documents can be stored directly in a unit:

• Floor plan (has an influence on the Immodio rental agreement and is automatically transmitted to the new tenant when the contract is concluded)

• Other documents (Will not be sent to the tenant) e.g.:

  • Construction plans (detailed layout, dimensions, technical specifications)

  • Operating instructions for permanently installed appliances or building services

  • Living space calculations or space statements

  • Permits (e.g. for renovation measures, changes of use)

  • Acceptances or test reports (e.g. electrics, fire protection)
