### Features

* Here you can store various features. The **specified characteristics** have an influence on additional agreements in the Immodio rental agreement and should therefore be carefully maintained.
* **Add equipment:** In addition, you can add individual features for your internal documentation.
* All equipment features stored in the property are automatically transferred to the unit, but these can be adjusted manually.

### Furnishing

* All furnishings can be recorded here. These can be assigned to a corresponding room.
* For the Immodio rental agreement, the only relevant factor is whether the unit is a furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished unit. The individual items are not listed in the rental agreement.

If you conclude a shared apartment rental agreement, the furnishings will be listed directly in the shared apartment rental agreement, as in the case of shared apartment rentals, as the rental of shared flats is usually not included. handover protocols are rarely prepared for every change of tenant.

* If you create a digital handover protocol with Immodio, the individual items will be listed accordingly and noted in the handover protocol.
