# Tasks

The **"Tasks"** function is used for the structured management and processing of all tasks related to the management of your real estate in Immodio. Each task can have one of the following statuses: **Open, In Progress** and **Completed.**

A new task can be created via the **"Create task"** button. The following information is collected:

The **magnifying glass symbol** can be used to search tasks specifically by task title, responsible person and other details.

You also have the option of filtering created tasks by the respective **objects** and **units**.

#### Task view as a list

In the **list view**, all recorded tasks are displayed together. The status cards "Open", "In Progress" and "Completed" can be used to filter the display. Tasks can be edited at any time, adjusted afterwards or supplemented with further information. By clicking on the respective task, the content and status of a task can be edited.

#### Task view as a Kanban board

The **Kanban board** provides a visual overview of all tasks, including their current processing status. Each task is displayed as its own card and can be moved between the columns **"Open"**, **"In Progress"** and **"Completed"** via **Drag & Drop**. Moving them automatically changes their status.
