# Templates

Under **“Templates”**, standardized **sample letters, notices and agreements** as well as **other templates** relating to letting are available. The templates cover typical situations in everyday property letting. Under “Document language”, templates can be displayed in **German** and **English**. This is especially helpful when communicating with international tenants.

All templates are available **in Word format (.docx)**. These documents can be customized and edited in a **word-processing program** such as **Microsoft Word**, **OpenOffice,** **LibreOffice** or **Pages**. The templates are organized by topic and can be filtered by the following categories or found directly using the integrated search function:

* Warning
* Notices
* Termination
* Rent increase
* Letting
* Management & Administration

Use the filters to sort the templates by the relevant category:
