Under “Templates”, standardized sample letters, notices and agreements as well as other templates relating to letting are available. The templates cover typical situations in everyday property letting. Under “Document language”, templates can be displayed in German and English. This is especially helpful when communicating with international tenants.

All templates are available in Word format (.docx). These documents can be customized and edited in a word-processing program such as Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, LibreOffice or Pages. You can find more information about completing the templates here.
