To add an existing tenancy:
Have the existing rental agreement ready.
Place your existing tenants in Immodio as participants .
The lease assistant will ask you for the most important basic data about the lease (including the start of the lease, rent, operating costs).
Upload existing tenancy documents as PDFs.
Your tenancy has been successfully digitized. You can now manage it centrally and digitally in Immodio.
