#### Create a new tenancy

Here you can create a new tenancy when you re-let it. At the end of the process, a legally secure and individual Immodio rental contract is generated, which can be signed digitally.

#### Add an existing tenancy

You can also record and manage existing tenancies in Immodio. This allows you to easily digitize existing contracts and store all documents centrally. Use Immodio to efficiently manage all your tenancies in one place.

4. Upload existing tenancy documents as PDFs.
5. Your tenancy has been successfully digitized. You can now manage it centrally and digitally in Immodio.
