# Payment

Immodio works with Stripe to make the process of processing payments and invoices as easy as possible for you. Stripe is one of the leading payment providers in Germany and enables fast, reliable and transparent billing. You will therefore be automatically redirected to the website of our partner Stripe for payments or changes to your Immodio tariff.

In the following cases, payment or adjustment via Stripe by you as a user is necessary:

### Payment in the Rental Agreement Assistant before generating a Rental Agreement

In the **last step of the rental contract assistant**, before the draft rental agreement is generated, you first confirm our **Terms and Conditions of Use and that you are acting as an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB**. Then click on **"Pay now"**.

* After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to Immodio and you will be able to view your draft rental agreement as well as the other documents generated for you immediately.
* The costs are currently a one-time **9 € per tenancy**.

After payment and generation of the rental agreement, a **subsequent adjustment** of the rental agreement or tenancy is currently **not possible**. This feature will be provided in a future version of Immodio. We are aware that a new lease usually only happens at longer intervals. That's why we would like to charge our customers only one amount of €9 per new rental. For this purpose, you will receive everything you need for the new rental:

* An individual and legally secure rental agreement
* A digital signature
* An automatic landlord confirmation
* A brochure for proper heating and ventilation
* House rules (optional)
* An additional agreement for graduated or indexed rents
* A legally compliant declaration of revocation for your tenant
* A privacy policy for your tenant

### Payment upon registration or tariff change
