Rent adjustment
In the Immodio rental agreement, various regulations for rent adjustment can be agreed. including
Graduated rent, Index rent or the adjustment according to the local comparative rent (was is the rule).
Detailed information on the respective variants can be found on the corresponding subpages.
Written form requirement for graduated rent and indexed rent:
In Immodio, there is currently no possibility to digitally comply with the legally required written form when agreeing on a graduated rent (§ 557a BGB) or indexed rent (§ 557b BGB). Therefore, at the end of the lease process, we will provide you with an additional agreement that must be printed out and signed by hand by both parties. If the written form is not observed, the agreed rent adjustment (scale or index) is deemed to be not legally agreed.
