Edit tenancy agreement after creation

After you have created a tenancy and thus generated a draft lease agreement, you can edit the information previously entered in the Lease Assistant again if necessary:

1

Open tenancy

To do this, the first step is to open the corresponding tenancy you want to edit. Within the tenancy you will find the button "Edit details" at the bottom right.

2

Edit rental agreement

In the individual steps of the Lease Assistant, you will find a pencil symbol on the right. You can use this icon to edit the details of the respective step again.

When you click on the pencil icon, a hint dialog will appear. There you will be asked whether you really want to edit the tenancy. Confirm the dialog to start editing and make the desired changes.

3

Save changes

You can now make the necessary changes in the desired step. After you have entered and saved all the adjustments, the draft lease agreement will be automatically regenerated.

If you click "Cancel" instead, the editing process will end. In this case, no changes will be adopted and the existing draft lease will remain unchanged.

4

Re-sign the tenancy agreement if necessary

If the tenant has already signed the original draft, they must review the amended draft lease agreement again and then sign it digitally.

If you have already registered your tenant in the Immodio tenant portal , the new draft lease agreement is automatically transferred to the tenant's tenant portal.

If the tenant has verified his e-mail address, he will also be informed by Immodio by e-mail that the draft rental agreement has been processed and a new draft rental agreement has been created.
