# Details (tenancy agreement)

In the **"Details"** tab, you can see all the information about a tenancy that was entered via the Immodio Lease Assistant when you created it.

Here you can see the following:

* All important details about your entries in the rental agreement assistant and rental agreements.
* The **current status** of the tenancy.
* Check the **payment status** of the rental agreement and access and download the corresponding **invoice** via the button *"Call up invoice externally"*.
* The **"Changes"** tab allows you to document changes to various parameters of the tenancy in Immodio. Further information on the changes to the tenancy can be found here. Changes will also be transferred to your tenant's tenancy accordingly and must therefore be registered for them in the tenant portal can be viewed.
* **Changes** to the net cold rent, including the list of the individual scales of a rent adjustment, if a graduated rent was agreed. **Info:** In the tenancy of your tenant, the next two rent adjustments of the graduated rent will be displayed in each case of an agreed graduated rent.
* **Changes** to the advance payment of operating costs (see picture).
