**General**

* In the **"Applications"** tab, you can see all applications from prospective tenants who have applied for your apartment after a viewing.
* Here you can **check documents**, **compare interested parties**, select a **new tenant** and then create the **tenancy**.
* The **"Note"** button allows you to add internal comments or observations to the application. All notes added are only visible to you as the landlord.

**Actions**

**Check application**

<figure><img src="https://3986577705-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FDGfFw4On4r2uLklBZ5ju%2Fuploads%2FBo4LJi2ArzIcvzOkMRCW%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=128016d4-83b2-4ae7-8621-5404839c49af" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* **Select as new tenant:** Select your desired new tenant by clicking on the "Select as new tenant" button. The interested party is then automatically asked to reserve the apartment bindingly.
* **Reject**: Clicking on the **"Reject"** button rejects the application and automatically informs the interested party of the decision.
* **Check documents:** By clicking on the button **"Check documents"** you can view the application provided. If an application contains the application documents of two or more interested parties, they will be displayed below each other.

<figure><img src="https://3986577705-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FDGfFw4On4r2uLklBZ5ju%2Fuploads%2Fadel7KYapUYmU4he2kMT%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=a1c0235d-622a-4cb6-b47b-c4f63e79e927" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Click on the respective interested party to open the corresponding application. There you can view and check all submitted documents in the tabs **"Basic data"**, **"Tenant self-disclosure"** and **"Documents"**.
* The digital tenant self-disclosure as well as the uploaded documents of your selected tenant are automatically stored in Immodio. All other documents will be deleted automatically and in compliance with the GDPR after the successful completion of the viewing.
* In addition, you will be shown all other people moving in who belong to this application. Other **move-in persons** are all persons who move into the unit **in addition to the tenant** but are not intended to be tenants (e.g. minor children of the tenant).

**Create a tenancy**

<figure><img src="https://3986577705-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FDGfFw4On4r2uLklBZ5ju%2Fuploads%2FBHGGQyyzl94nNXu0qnFZ%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=5bced9e5-4662-446e-b8d9-26892b907659" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* **Create tenancy:** After you have selected the applicant as a new tenant and he or she has reserved the apartment bindingly, you can start creating the tenancy by clicking on the **"Create tenancy"** button.

{% hint style="warning" icon="circle-info" %}
All data of the interested parties is now automatically stored under "Participants" in Immodio and flows directly into the rental agreement. If you want to make changes to the data, you can adjust the information in the "Stakeholders" section.
{% endhint %}
