# Tasks

The "Tasks" function lets you record and work through all the tasks relating to your properties in a structured way.

The **"Tasks"** function is used to manage and handle all the tasks involved in managing your properties in Immodio in a structured way. Every task can have one of the following statuses: **Open, In progress** and **Completed.**

The **"Create task"** button lets you create a new task.

Using the **magnifier icon** you can search tasks specifically by task title, person responsible and other details.

You can also filter the tasks you have created by the relevant **properties** and **units**.

### Task view as a list

The **list view** shows all recorded tasks together. The display can be filtered using the "Open", "In progress" and "Completed" status cards. Tasks can be edited at any time, adjusted afterwards or supplemented with further information. Clicking the relevant task lets you edit its content and status.

### Task view as a Kanban board

The **Kanban board** gives you a visual overview of all tasks including their current status. Each task is shown as its own card and can be moved between the **"Open"**, **"In progress"** and **"Completed"** columns by **drag and drop**. Moving a card changes its status automatically.
