# Operating Cost Statement

In this area the subpages provide all the guides relating to the operating cost statement in Immodio.

Among other things, you will learn how to prepare a statement, record relevant costs and entries, take consumption into account and review the finished statement.

The **Operating cost statement** overview contains all the operating cost statements created or already provided in Immodio for your properties. You can open existing statements, filter by billing year and create new statements.

In the list you see each operating cost statement as its own entry. Each entry shows the most important information about the statement so that you can quickly see which property and billing year it belongs to.

### Status of an operating cost statement

An operating cost statement can have two statuses in the overview.

| Status   | Meaning                                                                    |
| -------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Created | The statement has been created but has not yet been completed or provided. |
| Provided | The statement has been completed and provided. |

* Statements with the status **Created** can be edited further. When you open a statement that has been created, you return to the creation process.
* Statements with the status **Provided** can **no longer** be edited afterwards. Clicking one opens the detail view of the finished operating cost statement.

### Filtering by billing year

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://152064692-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FMmjaQ7ApHsdO9GrxyEiQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-0e500ede6ac255639416ed6106f954abe74988ca%2Fimage%20(334).png?alt=media" alt="" width="504"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

At the top of the overview you can filter the list by billing year. Immodio automatically shows the years for which operating cost statements already exist.

Select **All** to display statements from all years. Select a particular year, for example **2025** or **2024**, to see only statements for that billing year.

### Filtering by status

In addition to the year filter you can filter the list by status.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://152064692-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FMmjaQ7ApHsdO9GrxyEiQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-e22bcf03b07166b8d0120e70cc3e2ce15545bd3b%2Fimage%20(333).png?alt=media" alt="" width="332"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

| Filter   | Meaning                                                   |
| -------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| All | Shows all operating cost statements regardless of status. |
| Created | Shows only statements that have not yet been provided. |
| Provided | Shows only completed and provided statements. |

{% hint style="info" %}
The year and status filters can be combined. This lets you display only **provided** statements from **2025**, for example.
{% endhint %}

### Creating a new operating cost statement

<figure><img src="https://152064692-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FMmjaQ7ApHsdO9GrxyEiQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-e3c1fba8925f80e46596370e21ef4097ba2bc09c%2Fimage%20(345).png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

"**+ Create statement**" starts a new operating cost statement. Immodio then opens the assistant, in which you record the necessary details step by step.
