# Relevant entries

This help page explains which entries are needed with a separate system.

From a "separate system" we speak when the heating and the hot water are supplied by different installations. This is the case, for example, where a central gas heating system only heats the rooms and the hot water is heated by instantaneous water heaters in the individual units.

The invoice from the energy provider or fuel supplier then relates only to the heating installations and not to the hot water, for example. For the operating cost statement all costs are then split arithmetically into a heating cost share and a hot water cost share according to the respective allocation keys.

So that Immodio can carry out this split correctly and automatically, the entries have to be recorded to match the supply system.
