# Relevant entries

From a **"same system"** we speak when the heating and the hot water are supplied by the same installation. This is the case, for example, where a central gas heating system not only heats the rooms but also produces the hot water for the building.

In this case many costs arise jointly at first. The invoice from the energy provider or fuel supplier then relates not only to the heating or only to the hot water, but to the entire installation. For the operating cost statement these joint costs then have to be split arithmetically into a heating cost share and a hot water cost share.

So that Immodio can carry out this split correctly and automatically, the entries have to be recorded to match the supply system.
