# Relevant entries

This page shows all the entries that Immodio takes into account for the operating cost statement of the selected property and billing year. The entries come from the [**Income and expenses**](/en/anleitung/einnahmen-und-ausgaben.md) area and have to be assigned to the property, to a unit or to a tenancy of that property.

Immodio sorts the entries by operating cost area. These are

1. heating and hot water costs,
2. water and drainage,
3. costs from a WEG statement,
4. flat rates for operating costs or operating costs paid in advance
5. and further operating costs such as property tax, insurance, general electricity, waste disposal, the caretaker, building cleaning, garden maintenance, street cleaning, chimney sweeping, the lift, maintenance or other operating costs.

Use this page as a check before you continue with the statement. Check whether all relevant costs are present and whether they have been assigned to the right operating cost category. If an entry runs over several years, Immodio only takes the share for the selected year into account for this statement.

If an entry is not shown, please check it directly by clicking it or under [**Income and expenses**](/en/anleitung/einnahmen-und-ausgaben.md). Make sure the right property, unit or tenancy is selected, that the entry period matches the billing year, and that the "**Recoverable in the operating cost statement"** switch has been enabled in the entry.
