# Notes

The **"Notes"** tab helps you spot possible errors or inconsistencies early. Immodio checks your entries automatically in the background and shows you notes when discrepancies, missing details or anomalies are detected.

This can be the case, for example, when certain cost items are missing or have not been assigned correctly, or when details do not fully match the statement you have chosen.

These notes help you review the statement again and correct possible errors. This ensures that the operating cost statement is complete, comprehensible and correctly allocated to the respective tenancies.
