# Property-level entries where a WEG statement exists

This note appears

1. when the property is marked as a WEG, the category **"Heating and hot water according to the WEG statement (recoverable from tenant)"** is used, but the category was **incorrectly** assigned at **property level** instead of to the **unit** or the **tenancy**, or
2. when the property is marked as a WEG, the category **"Heating and hot water (recoverable from tenant)**" was used **incorrectly**, and the category was **incorrectly** assigned at **property level** instead of to the **unit** or the **tenancy**.

Make sure you use the category "**Heating and hot water according to the WEG statement (recoverable from tenant)"** and that under **Assignment** (see images) either **unit** was chosen (if there was no change of tenant) or **tenancy** was selected.
