# Change of tenant during the year combined with a joint "heating and hot water" entry at unit level

This note appears when there is a change of tenant during the billing year and at the same time an entry exists at **unit level** in the category **"Heating and hot water costs (recoverable from tenant)"**.

In this case Immodio cannot split the costs unambiguously between the individual tenancies. Assign the entry either to the entire **property** or post it directly to the matching **tenancy**.
