# Existing WEG entries for further recoverable costs although the property is not a WEG

This note is shown when the property is **not** marked as a WEG (condominium owners' association) in the master data but entries exist in the category "**Further recoverable costs according to the WEG statement**". In this case, check whether the property has been created correctly or whether the entries should instead be assigned to a non-WEG operating cost category.
