# Account

## 1. Account and plan

### 1.1 Plan information

In this area you see the Immodio plan you currently have. Clicking "Change plan" lets you adjust your plan. "Invoices" lets you view and download your Immodio invoices. You are then forwarded to the portal of our payment service provider Stripe. There you enter the email address you are registered with at Immodio. You will then receive a confirmation email from Stripe that lets you log in securely to the Stripe portal. In the portal you can view and adjust your current plan and view past invoices.

### 1.2 Account actions

#### **Export all data**

"Export all data" lets you request the data stored in your Immodio account as a PDF file in compliance with the GDPR. After you click it, a window opens showing you a password. You need this password to open the encrypted PDF file. Please make a note of the password, as it cannot be viewed again after you click "Request data". Clicking "Request data" sends you the PDF file by email.

#### **Delete account**

"Delete account" lets you remove your Immodio account permanently. After you click it, a confirmation window opens in which you type the word "Delete" and confirm the process.

Once confirmed, you no longer have access to your account. Your data is deleted irrevocably after 14 days. Restoration is not possible.
