# Permissions and status

## 1. Types of permission

In the role overview, Immodio uses four types of permission:

| Permission | Meaning |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Create | The user may create new entries in the relevant area. |
| Read | The user may view existing entries. |
| Edit | The user may change existing entries. |
| Delete | The user may remove entries or trigger deletion actions. |

If no permission is stated for an area, the role has no access in that area.

## 2. Permissions by role
