# My data

This page provides important information on viewing and adjusting your data in your Immodio account.

Clicking the **"user icon"** at the top right and then "**Settings**" takes you to the "**My data**" overview of your personal account data in Immodio.

* In this area you can manage your plan, view invoices, edit the data you have stored and retrieve important documents.
* You can also export your saved data or delete your account permanently.

## General

In the **General** section you can adjust your general account data, including your user role as a landlord, property manager or estate agent, as well as your basic personal information.

## Address

In the **Address** section you can update your address details. These are needed in several places in Immodio, for example to create the landlord confirmation of residence.

In the **Contact** section you can update your contact details. It is not possible to change the email address you registered with at Immodio manually. If you want to change it, please contact [Immodio support](/en/hilfe-kundenservice.md).

### Professional mode for income and expenses

The **professional mode for income and expenses** lets you display additional categories for [**income and expenses**](/en/anleitung/einnahmen-und-ausgaben.md) that are particularly relevant for managing large property portfolios where your staff already have extensive accounting knowledge.

When professional mode is enabled, **extended categories based on the DATEV SKR 03 chart of accounts for letting and leasing** are available to you when recording [**income and expenses**](/en/anleitung/einnahmen-und-ausgaben.md). This is particularly helpful if you want to allocate accounts in more detail or if your entries go beyond the usual standard cases. In the background Immodio likewise uses the DATEV chart of accounts for letting and leasing.

When professional mode is **disabled**, Immodio shows you a simplified selection of the most important categories.

The setting does not change any income or expenses you have already recorded. It only affects which categories are available to you when recording and editing them.

### AI functions

The **AI functions** setting determines whether you want to use the Immodio functions based on artificial intelligence.

When the setting is enabled, you can use the available **AI-assisted functions within** [**income and expenses**](/en/anleitung/einnahmen-und-ausgaben.md).

If you enable the AI functions, you have to accept the terms of use for the AI functions. After that you can use the supported AI functions.
