This page explains how to create a new lettable unit, such as an apartment, within a property.

Within a property, clicking the "+ Create unit" button lets you create a new unit.

Record the data

Record all the relevant data about the unit. Data can be recorded in the following tabs:

• Basic data

• Features

• Meters

• Keys

• Defects

• Documents

• Billing

Save

Save the data you have entered.
