Energy source for heating

Here you state the energy source for the heating. This information is taken into account when creating the digital Immodio rental agreement and in the operating cost statement.

The energy source stored in the property is transferred to the unit automatically, but you can adjust this value in the unit.

Note: For a heat pump the energy source is always electricity.

Energy source for hot water

Here you state the energy source for hot water. This information is taken into account when creating a digital Immodio rental agreement and in the operating cost statement.

Energy-related features

Here you can select the existing energy-related features. The Immodio rental agreement is adapted automatically to the features you choose.

You can also add individual characteristics for your internal documentation, such as a photovoltaic system.

The two entries "Central heating" and "Gas/oil tank" affect the operating cost statement. You can find more information about these two entries here.

Flow temperature of the central heatingIf your property is heated by central heating (with the energy-related feature Central heating selected) and has no heat meter for all the hot water, you have to state the flow temperature of the central heating in order to be able to create a heating cost statement. You can find more information here.
Monovalent heat pump

Select "Monovalent heat pump" if the heat pump provides the central heat supply on its own, that is, without an additional boiler as a second heat generator.

In the operating cost statement this selection affects the calculation of the heat quantity for hot water when it is calculated using the formula. In this case Immodio automatically uses a correction factor of 0.3.

The hot water heat quantity is calculated as follows, for example:

2.5 × hot water consumption × (flow temperature - 10) × 0.3

If no consumption values are available, the living space formula can be used instead:

32 × living space × 0.3

The factor reduces the calculated heat quantity for hot water in line with the special calculation for monovalent heat pumps. If the hot water heat quantity is entered directly from meters or manually, the selection has no additional effect on the calculation.

The two features **"Laundry room"** and **"Bicycle storage"** each affect the house rules generated by Immodio. For each feature selected, a corresponding section is added to the house rules setting out general provisions on the use of these rooms.
