Documents (property)

This page provides information on how and which documents can be managed at property level.

You can store and view relevant documents directly in your units. These documents are also used when creating an Immodio rental agreement. The following documents can be stored directly in a unit:

Energy certificate

Under Section 80 of the German Buildings Energy Act (GEG), landlords are obliged to present a valid energy certificate at the viewing of an apartment at the latest, or to make it available for prospective tenants to inspect. The energy certificate can be either a demand-based or a consumption-based certificate. The energy certificate stored in the property is transferred to the tenant when a tenancy is created.

You can find more information on the energy certificate here:

House rules

You can upload existing house rules to your property. They are then transferred automatically to your new tenant's tenant portal when a new tenancy is created.

If you do not have house rules yet, Immodio will create individual house rules for you when you create a tenancy, if you wish. Here you can find more information on the house rules:

Use the "Documents" function to manage all your property documents digitally. You can find more information on document management in Immodio here.
