Basic data (property)

Under "Basic data" all basic information about the property is stored in Immodio.

Field
Explanation

Name of the property

Here you can enter your own name for the property, for example an abbreviation or an internal label such as "BS1" for the address "Burgstraße 1".

Does the property belong to one owner or to an owners' association?

If the property is a condominium owners' association (WEG), please select the "WEG" option. In all other cases select "Owner".

Property management (property)

If there is a property management or WEG management company (condominium owners' association) for the property, it can be recorded here. The prerequisite is that the property management company has previously been created in Immodio under "Parties" with the type "Service provider". Only then can a management company be assigned to the property. Please note that Immodio distinguishes between property management and WEG management.

WEG management

If the property is a condominium owners' association (WEG), a WEG management company can be stored here. The prerequisite is that the WEG management company has previously been created in Immodio under "Parties" with the type "Service provider". Only then can it be assigned to the property.

Owner

The owner of the property has to be stored here. You can add a new owner under "Parties". If the property is a WEG, the owner can only be recorded in the unit, since a WEG property usually has several owners.

Co-ownership share (total)

If the property is a WEG, the total co-ownership shares can be recorded here. You will usually find these figures in the declaration of division or in your WEG's annual statement. Stating a co-ownership share is optional.

The advantage of maintaining these shares is that they are then listed automatically in the digital Immodio rental agreement, which can avoid possible disputes over the operating cost statement.
