# Comments (property)

Comments help you document important notes and internal remarks directly in the property concerned. This keeps relevant information stored centrally, where it can quickly be traced again later.

### Adding a comment

1. Click into the **"Add comment"** input field at the bottom.
2. Write your comment.
3. Save the comment using the **"Add"** button.

### What comments can be used for

Comments are suitable, for example, for:

* notes on conversations during inspections or with owners, tradespeople or service providers on site
* documenting particular features of the property
* notes on care or maintenance, such as past renovation work or upcoming servicing
* internal remarks that should remain traceable later
* short progress notes when relevant information about the property changes

This creates a central history for the property concerned, without notes having to be spread across separate documents, emails or other systems.

### Deleting a comment

To delete a comment, open the menu to the right of the comment, click **"Delete"** and then confirm the deletion in the dialog.
