# Payment

This page provides all the information you need about paying for the Immodio rental agreement.

Immodio works together with **Stripe** to make processing payments and invoices as simple as possible for you. Stripe is one of the leading payment providers in Germany and enables fast, reliable and transparent billing. For payments or to change your Immodio plan, you are therefore forwarded automatically to the page of our partner Stripe.

A payment or adjustment through Stripe is required from you as a user in the following cases:

## Payment in the rental agreement assistant before a rental agreement is generated

In the **last step of the rental agreement assistant**, before the draft rental agreement is generated, you first confirm our **terms and conditions and terms of use and that you are acting as an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 BGB**. Then you click **"Pay now"**.

* Once payment is successful you are automatically returned to Immodio and can **view your draft rental agreement and the other documents generated for you straight away**.
* The cost is currently a one-off **€9 per tenancy**.

Once the rental agreement has been paid for and generated, **subsequent adjustment** of the rental agreement or tenancy is **not currently possible**. This function will be provided in a future version of Immodio. If a change is necessary, please contact our customer support directly by email at: **<kundenservice@immodio.app>**

We are aware that a new letting usually only happens at longer intervals. We therefore want to charge our customers the amount of €9 only once per new letting. For this you receive everything you need for the new letting:

* An individual, legally sound rental agreement
* A digital signature
* An automatic landlord confirmation of residence
* A brochure on heating and ventilating correctly
* House rules (optional)
* An additional agreement for graduated or index-linked rents
* A legally compliant right of withdrawal notice for your tenant
* A data protection notice for your tenant
