The **rental unit** is a unit (apartment) in Immodio that you want to let

* To create a legally sound rental agreement, it is important that you fill in the details of the let unit completely and correctly and that you **read and follow all the notes shown in full**.
* You can find more information under **Unit details**.
* If your unit is a granny flat, please note the additional information under **Granny flat**.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Immodio shared apartment rental agreement is optimised automatically in the background for the unit you are letting, so that as a landlord you always receive the best rental agreement for your individual units. The better you maintain the available parameters in the units, the more Immodio can optimise the individual rental agreement for your unit.
