# Details (tenancy)

This page explains the "Details" tab within a tenancy.

In the **"Details"** tab you see all the information about a tenancy that was recorded when it was created using the Immodio rental agreement assistant.

Here you can view the following:

* All important details of your entries in the rental agreement assistant and of the contractual arrangements.
* The **current status** of the tenancy.
* Check the **payment status** of the rental agreement and retrieve and download the associated **invoice** using the *"Open invoice externally"* button.
* The **"Changes"** tab lets you document changes to various parameters of the tenancy in Immodio. You can find more information on changes to the tenancy [here](/en/anleitung/mietverhaltnisse/mietverhaltnis-ubersicht/anderungen-mietverhaltnis.md). Changes are also transferred to your tenant's tenancy and can therefore be viewed by them in the [tenant portal](/en/wissen/mieterportal.md).
* **Changes** to the net base rent, including a list of the individual stages of a rent adjustment where a [graduated rent](/en/anleitung/mietverhaltnisse/mietverhaltnis-anlegen/mietanpassung/staffelmiete.md) has been agreed. **Note:** Where a graduated rent has been agreed, the next two rent adjustments are shown in your tenant's tenancy.
* **Changes** to the advance payment for operating costs (see image).
