Payment

This page provides information on payment, on selecting and changing your plan, and on payment processing through our partner Stripe.

Immodio works together with Stripe to make processing payments and invoices as simple as possible for you. Stripe is one of the leading payment providers in Germany and enables fast, reliable and transparent billing. For payments or to change your Immodio plan, you are therefore forwarded automatically to the page of our partner Stripe. A payment or adjustment through Stripe is required from you as a user in the following cases:

1. When registering, in order to select a plan

2. When changing a plan you have already booked

3. In the rental agreement assistant, before a rental agreement is generated

Selecting a plan when registering

After you have registered and confirmed your email address, you can choose between the different plans.

• You are then forwarded directly to our service provider Stripe for payment. There you can store a payment method and confirm the payment.

All plans can be tried out free of charge for 60 days.

• You are then automatically returned to Immodio and have immediate access to all the functions of the plan you have chosen.

Changing a plan

At the top right, by clicking "Show menu", you can change or cancel your current plan at any time under "Settings" in the "Account" tab, in the "Account and plan" section.

When you click "Change plan" you are forwarded to the portal of our payment service provider Stripe. There you enter the email address you are registered with at Immodio.

You will then receive a confirmation email from Stripe that lets you log in securely to the Stripe portal. In the portal you can view your current plan and adjust it directly.

• Upgrade (higher plan):

  • Select a higher plan.

  • The new functions from the higher plan are available to you immediately.

  • For the current billing period you are only charged the difference between your old and new plan.

• Downgrade or cancellation (lower plan):

  • The new plan applies from the next billing period.

  • Until then you can continue to use all the functions of your previous plan.
