Learn how to create properties and units and thereby lay the foundation for digital re-letting as well as for ongoing management in Immodio.

### Creating properties

This video shows you how to create and manage properties in Immodio. You will learn how to store basic data such as the address and the owners or property managers, record features, and upload and manage relevant documents such as the energy certificate or house rules centrally.

### Creating units

This video shows you how to create and manage units within a property in Immodio. You will learn how the basic data and rooms of the unit are recorded, how features are stored, and how meters, keys and defects are documented. It also shows how you can upload and manage a floor plan for the unit, for example.
