# Upcoming Features

This page shows you which future features we are currently working on.

We are continuously developing Immodio to give you even more convenience, security and efficiency when letting and managing your properties. We are currently working on the following features:

The features are sorted by priority in descending order:

In future your tenant will be able to submit meter readings conveniently through the Immodio tenant portal, once you have enabled this for them.

In future tenants will be able to report defects to you themselves, including photos, directly through the Immodio tenant portal.

Would you like to sublet an apartment? Immodio will support you with this particular form of letting in future and will offer a dedicated sublease agreement.
