During the handover, you simply open Immodio on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop and can thus document the entire handover digitally step by step. All important data – such as party data, defects, furnishings, meters, and keys – are automatically taken from the master data, provided they have already been maintained. A special **preparation** or prior creation of the protocol **is not necessary**. Nevertheless, it can save time to check in advance whether all necessary data is available. In preparation for the **apartment handover**, it is therefore advisable to maintain the **unit's master data** before the appointment. You can record the following data in preparation for a handover:
