Prepare handover protocol

The digital handover protocol in Immodio helps you to completely and audit-proof document the condition of a unit during move-in or move-out. During the handover, you simply open Immodio on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop and can thus document the entire handover digitally step by step.

All important data – such as party data, defects, furnishings, meters, and keys – are automatically taken from the master data, provided they have already been maintained. A special preparation or prior creation of the protocol is not necessary. Nevertheless, it can save time to check in advance whether all necessary data is available.

In preparation for the apartment handover, it is therefore advisable to maintain the unit's master data before the appointment. You can record the following data in preparation for a handover:

Pplace existing furniture in advance in the unit under "Axhibition Equipment" so that they automatically appear in the log and are only checked off.
